1- What delivery companies are we working with? 

Malgoco® sends orders with DHL Malta and Gozo Express (Malta & Gozo) and Malta Post (Europe). Once your product is dispatched you will receive a notification and tracking number.

1- Where do you deliver to? 

We provide delivery in Malta (Malta and Gozo Islands) and the following countries on Europe. Aland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mayotte, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard And Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

We do not deliver internationally, however if there is something you really want please contact us by email – hello@malgoco.com – and we will do our very best to accommodate.

2- What are the usual delivery times?

We strive to deliver your package within 24-48 hours after you receive a confirmation of your order in Malta & Gozo.
Rest of Europe 4-6 days after you receive a confirmation of your order.

3- What should I do if my shipping address has changed?

If your shipping address has changed and this affects an already placed order please get in touch with us as soon as possible by email (hello@malgoco.com) with subject “address change”.

If the order hasn’t been sent out yet, we’re able to modify the shipping address details. In case the order has already been sent out, we will have to wait until it’s returned to us in order to send it out again to the correct address. 

4- What delivery locations can I choose? 

You have the option to get your order delivered to your personal home address, but you can of course also choose your work address. 

If you go for the last option, just add the name of your company and the name of the recipient in the extra field.  

5- What are the cost for delivery when shopping online? 

All orders over 50euros are FREE.

A charge of 2,90€ will apply for all deliveries to Malta and Gozo under 50 euros.

A charge of 4,90€ will apply for all deliveries to Europe  under 50euros. Aland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mayotte, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard And Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

A charge of 7,90€ will apply for all deliveries to Woldwide under 50euros.

Please be aware that this is only for the outgoing shipment, you are responsible for the return shipment and any kind of import taxes that might apply.

6- How can I track my parcel? 

For orders are sent through DHL and Gozo Express and MaltaPost.We will send you an email once they’ve picked up your parcel and provide you with the tracking information. Here you can follow all steps of your delivery.

Please make sure to be updated as the carrier might not leave a note in your letterbox if they attempted a delivery or left your parcel in a pick-up point. (Also check your Spam folder for information as the carrier is not obliged to leave a note in the letterbox anymore since this online tracking exists.)

7- Undeliverable parcels

In case your parcel was not able to be delivered (because of your absence or in the case that the carrier was not able to find the address), it will be placed at a DHL, Gozo Express or MaltaPost Pick-up point for a certain time. In case it is not picked up by you within 10 working days, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will have to wait until the parcel reaches us again, to be able to resend it to you one more time after making sure that all the data we have is correct.
